Popular Nollywood actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh, has opened up about how turning 40 has brought a profound transformation in her mindset and life approach.
In a heartfelt post shared on Instagram, the movie star revealed that she now embraces a more intentional and focused outlook, especially when it comes to her prayers, desires, and personal goals.
According to Dikeh, she no longer makes vague requests but instead provides clear and detailed expectations, both in her spiritual life and daily aspirations.
“I’m far too intentional to leave my desires vague,” she wrote. “When I bring something before God, I give Him a detailed, A-to-Z breakdown of what I want to manifest.”
Sharing an example, she added, “If I’m asking for a job, I’m specific — what salary I want, my preferred working hours, the kind of environment I’ll thrive in, and even how I want my superiors to treat me.”
The actress further explained that this new phase of her life is shaped by wisdom, self-awareness, and spiritual alignment.
Reflecting on her past, she admitted, “I don’t know what I’m looking for, but I feel it when I find it. This is a dangerous place to be in life — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s not a healthy state of mind, even though it seems to work for some people.”
Dikeh concluded by affirming that at 40, her choices are no longer shallow but driven by purpose and clarity.
