Abuja High Court has slated November 26 for the hearing of an assault and battery case involving rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck.
The case was filed by fellow musician Levi Ogbogiri, also known as Kraziecent, who alleges that Odumodublvck attacked him during a public event on December 16, 2024. According to Kraziecent, the incident occurred while he was taking photos and videos at the event and that he did not provoke the rapper in any way.
Kraziecent claims the altercation caused both physical and emotional distress, in addition to damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max. His lawyer informed the court that Odumodublvck had been duly served with court documents but had not yet responded.
Odumodublvck’s lawyer requested an adjournment to allow adequate preparation for the defense. Kraziecent is seeking compensation for the damaged phone, public humiliation, and reputational harm. He also demands that Odumodublvck issue a public apology on social media and in two national newspapers, and that he be legally restrained from any further harassment.
This legal issue arises shortly after Odumodublvck publicly expressed that some of his peers in the entertainment industry are envious of his success. Speaking on the Toronto Ada’s Room podcast, the rapper insisted that claims questioning his lyrical talent are rooted in jealousy.
