The Obidient Movement has urged Nigerians to prepare for the political resurgence of former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

The group made this declaration while inaugurating its Ward Coordinators in the Municipal Local Government Area of Kano State, a key political hub in the region.

In a statement signed by the National Coordinator, Yunusa Tanko, the movement announced the symbolic unveiling of the Peter Obi Prosperity Cap during the ceremony.

“As the Obidient Movement deepens its grassroots mobilisation, the Kano State chapter has successfully inaugurated its Ward Coordinators in one of the most strategic LGAs in the state,” the statement read.

“The ceremony was highlighted by the launch of the Peter Obi Prosperity Cap, representing the transition from consumption to production, and a united stand against hunger, neglect, and the misuse of public funds.”

The statement also revealed that leaders from Jigawa and Katsina States attended the event in solidarity, vowing to replicate the initiative in their respective states and broaden the movement’s reach.

“The Prosperity Cap stands as a symbol of hope for Nigerians, a rallying call for accountability, good governance, and a better Nigeria under Peter Obi’s leadership.

Peter Obi is coming. A New Nigeria is POssible,” the statement concluded.
