Billionaire entrepreneur Obi Cubana has revealed plans to retire from active business life in the next decade, aiming to step back at age 60.

In a recent interview, Cubana shared his vision for the future, expressing a desire to spend his later years traveling the world and enjoying life with his wife.

“My plan is to retire in the next 10 years, when I turn 60. I want to travel the world and give my wife the best that life has to offer,” he said, noting that his focus is on building a legacy that ensures his children are independent and financially secure.

The 50-year-old businessman emphasized the importance of strategic planning and working smart to create long-term stability. “These years of intense work—moving from one meeting, event, or flight to another—are all about securing the future so that in 10 years, we can truly enjoy the fruits of our labor,” he added.

Cubana acknowledged the physical demands of his current lifestyle, recognizing that his body will eventually need rest. “One day, this body will get weak. That’s why it’s important to position yourself now so that the work continues even when you don’t actively do it,” he explained.

Beyond business, Cubana highlighted his commitment to faith and charitable work, noting that spiritual guidance remains central to his life. “Our goal is also to honor others and do the work of God,” he concluded.
