Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing KOF, the Aare Apesinola of Ibadanland, has joined Ibadan indigenes, Yorubaland, and Nigerians at large to celebrate His Imperial Majesty, Olubadan Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, FNSE, on his 81st birthday.
In his tribute, Aare EmmanuelKing described the monarch’s life as “a rare blend of divine grace, uncommon wisdom, and unwavering service to humanity.” He praised the Olubadan for his humility, integrity, and fatherly compassion, qualities that have endeared him to generations.
“Your 81st year is a crown of honor on a life devoted to truth, peace, and compassion. It reflects decades of building unity, safeguarding Ibadan’s heritage, and inspiring Yoruba culture. You remain a towering symbol of noble values,” he said.
He further highlighted the divine significance of the occasion, noting the rare alignment of the monarch’s 81st birthday with his coronation period. According to him, this convergence symbolizes God’s favor and affirms that the Olubadan’s life, age, and reign are divinely destined for the peace and prosperity of Ibadanland.
Aare EmmanuelKing stressed that the monarch’s octogenarian milestone is not only a personal triumph but also a collective blessing. He said it reaffirms God’s grace on the throne and on the entire land.
“As you celebrate this glorious 81st birthday, I pray the Almighty renews your strength like the eagle, fills your reign with joy, and grants you long years of peace. May Ibadanland and Yorubaland flourish under your royal guidance,” he prayed.
