President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Tuesday convened a high-level meeting with Nigeria’s service chiefs and heads of intelligence agencies at the State House, Abuja, issuing fresh directives to reinforce the nation’s security framework and enhance operational effectiveness against terrorism, banditry, and other emerging threats.

The closed-door session, which lasted over an hour, comes as the administration intensifies efforts to stabilize volatile regions and ensure a peaceful festive season for citizens.
