Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie, has publicly criticized Yinka Theisen, the former partner of her relative, Linc Edochie, over persistent attacks on members of the Edochie family.

Naija News reports that Yinka and Linc ended their relationship a few months ago. However, since their separation, Yinka has repeatedly targeted the actor, his cousin May Edochie, and other members of the family in her social media posts.

Yinka had accused May Edochie, Rita, and May’s supporters — known as the May Nation — of being responsible for the breakup.

Reacting in a fiery Instagram post, Rita Edochie rebuked Yinka for her continued online rants against May and the Edochies, describing her behavior as unnecessary and attention-seeking.

“I gave Yinka ode fowl, and she got angry. She’s still upset because May Nation gave Queen May a cow. Why should I like her or pretend to? Someone who doesn’t even know she exists,” Rita wrote.

She further mocked Yinka’s failed relationships, questioning her credibility and motives.

“If you were as good as you claim, why have you had two failed marriages within a short period and tried to enter another that I personally stopped?” Rita asked.

Rita also accused Yinka of using May Edochie’s name to gain online attention. “You’re a content creator trying to grow your page by using her name. But every lie you tell will backfire because Queen May is God’s precious daughter,” she added.
