Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, has been ordered to appear before a Chief Magistrate Court in Abuja following allegations of criminal intimidation against a senior executive at Chocolate City Music.
The summons, issued by Magistrate Farida Ibrahim on November 3, 2025, directs the rapper to appear in court on November 6 to address the charges filed against him.
The complaint was lodged by Olayinka Osagie Onobun, Head of A&R at Chocolate City, who accused Odumodublvck of making intimidating posts about him on X (formerly Twitter). Onobun claimed the posts were intended to cause fear and amounted to criminal intimidation under Nigerian law.
In a petition submitted by his lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, Onobun alleged that the rapper’s online remarks “threatened injury to the complainant’s person in order to cause alarm.”
The court consequently ordered Odumodublvck to appear in person to respond to the allegations.
This development adds a new twist to the ongoing tension between Odumodublvck and members of the Chocolate City camp, including Blaqbonez’s manager, Morin Oluwatobi, and veteran rapper, Jude ‘MI’ Abaga. The feud escalated recently after Odumodublvck accused MI of hypocrisy and failing to take a stand in their dispute.
