In a bid to strengthen ties within Nigeria’s real estate sector, the Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Branch, ESV Tosin Kadiri, recently led a high-level delegation to Adron Homes. The courtesy visit was hosted by the Chairman of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking KOF, at the company’s head office.

Strengthening Real Estate Synergy

During the meeting, both parties emphasized the urgent need for strategic partnerships. These collaborations, they noted, would fast-track housing delivery and foster deeper professional integration. Sir Aare Adetola, a proud NIESV member, shared how his early career in estate management inspired the creation of Adron Homes.

According to him, “Adron Homes was born from a calling, not convenience.” Despite the challenges in the industry, he stressed that vision, resilience, and strategy helped the company grow steadily. “We’re not just building houses. We’re building communities that last,” he added.

Furthermore, Sir Emmanuelking highlighted Adron’s innovative approach to estate development. Each project is themed around cultural or geographic inspiration. Additionally, the company’s heavy investment in infrastructure has set it apart in the market. As a result, Adron continues to gain recognition as a forward-thinking real estate brand.

Responding on behalf of the delegation, ESV Tosin Kadiri praised Adron Homes for its consistency and scale. He described the company as a major player in the sector. More importantly, he stressed the need for closer collaboration between Adron Homes and NIESV.

“We believe our members can benefit greatly from Adron’s existing structures,” he said. Moreover, the Chairman of the NIESV Cooperative Society proposed a collaborative housing scheme. He suggested that Adron dedicate a portion of its estates for NIESV members to develop custom homes aligned with their professional goals.

Opportunities for Deeper Integration

In addition, ESV Kadiri proposed that seasoned NIESV professionals be integrated into Adron’s estate and facility management systems. This, he noted, would create more value and bring professional oversight to existing operations.

In response, Sir Emmanuelking expressed enthusiasm for the proposed initiatives. “We’ve had a productive relationship with NIESV Lagos in the past,” he stated. “With this renewed energy, we are excited to take things further. We welcome partnerships with professionals who share our values and vision.”

The delegation commended Adron’s impact across Nigeria. One executive remarked, “This visit has broadened our perspective. We now see real estate development in a new light.”

Notable attendees included NIESV executives such as Vice Chairman ESV Ayodeji Odeleye and Honorary Secretary ESV Olaseni Lojede. From Adron’s side, key figures included Managing Director Adenike Ajobo, Group Company Secretary Shola Orunmuyiwa, Deputy Managing Director Chitola Roberts, Chief Press Secretary Maureen Echefu, and the Chairman’s Personal Assistant, Faruq Salisu.

Overall, the meeting concluded on a high note. Both institutions pledged to explore mutually beneficial opportunities. With committed leadership and a clear focus on sustainable development, the future of Nigeria’s real estate industry remains bright.
