Adron Homes and Properties, one of Nigeria’s foremost real estate firms, has launched its Lemon Friday Plus Promo, a revamped version of its popular annual Lemon Friday campaign. The initiative offers Nigerians both at home and abroad up to 50% discount on all Adron Homes estates, along with flexible payment plans and exciting reward packages.

According to the company’s Group Managing Director, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo, the promo was introduced to make land ownership more accessible amid Nigeria’s economic challenges.

“For over a decade, we’ve remained committed to helping Nigerians own land easily. The Lemon Friday Plus Promo takes this further by offering flexible payment options and added value,” Ajobo said.

A standout feature of the campaign is its five-installment payment plan, allowing subscribers to spread their initial deposits between July and November 30, 2025. This structure is aimed at giving individuals and families more financial convenience while securing plots in their preferred Adron Homes estates.

Flexible Entry Packages and Gift Rewards

The promo features four entry levels designed to accommodate various budgets:

₦300,000 (Bronze)

₦500,000 (Silver) – includes a cockerel and a bag of rice

₦1,000,000 (Gold)

₦3,500,000 (Diamond)

Each category comes with enticing rewards, such as home appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, home theatres) and livestock gifts like cows for festive seasons.

In addition to the 50% discount, customers can spread their remaining balance over 12 months, making homeownership even more attainable.

Available Across Multiple Estates Nationwide

The Lemon Friday Plus Promo applies to all Adron Homes estates, including:

Treasure Park and Gardens (Shimawa)

City of David Estate (Abeokuta)

Grandview Park and Gardens (Atan-Ota)

Manhattan Park and Gardens (Karshi, Abuja)

With over 60 estates across Nigeria, Adron Homes provides opportunities in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Oyo, Osun, Niger, Nasarawa, Ekiti, and Plateau States.

Speaking at the official launch in Ibadan, Ajobo reaffirmed Adron Homes’ mission to make housing affordable for all.

“This promo isn’t just about discounts; it’s about inclusion. Whether you’re a trader, salary earner, entrepreneur, or student — everyone deserves a place to call home,” she added.

The Lemon Friday Plus Promo is open to new and existing customers nationwide. Interested buyers can visit any Adron Homes regional office, call the company’s hotlines, or connect via its official website and social media platforms to participate.
