The newly inaugurated Ibeju-Lekki Branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), which recently became the 91st branch of the Society, has paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman and CEO of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing KOF, at the company’s headquarters.

The delegation, led by Branch Chairman Engr. Olufemi Dare, FNSE, described the visit as a strategic move to strengthen ties with corporate organizations. Moreover, he emphasized the importance of engaging companies that consistently uphold professionalism and structural integrity in their projects.

During his remarks, Engr. Dare commended Adron Homes for its unwavering commitment to quality housing delivery across Nigeria and beyond. Furthermore, he highlighted that the company’s reputation for structural integrity and innovation continues to serve as a benchmark for engineering excellence.

In addition, he revealed that the Ibeju-Lekki Branch will honor Sir EmmanuelKing with a special award at its upcoming inauguration ceremony. This recognition, according to him, reflects the Chairman’s outstanding contributions to housing and infrastructure development in Nigeria.

Strategic Partnership Discussions

The meeting also provided an avenue to explore areas of collaboration between NSE Ibeju-Lekki and Adron Homes. Specifically, discussions focused on professional development, engineering capacity building, and sustainable housing innovations.

Responding, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing warmly welcomed the delegation. He expressed excitement about the opportunity for a long-term partnership. Notably, he underlined the critical role engineers play in driving national development.

“Engineering is the backbone of any meaningful infrastructural progress. As developers, we cannot afford to compromise on professionalism. Therefore, I am delighted about this partnership and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with NSE Ibeju-Lekki,” he said.

Delegates and Adron Homes Executives Present

The NSE delegation included Engr. Tiramisu Bello, MNSE (Vice Chairman); Engr. Omolola Adetola, FNSE (General Secretary); Engr. Taiwo Musa, MNSE (Assistant General Secretary); Engr. Ayodele Agunloye, MNSE (Financial Secretary); Engr. Opeyemi Olabisi, MNSE (Technical Secretary); and Engr. Oluwadare Raji, MNSE, among others.

Meanwhile, representing Adron Homes alongside the Chairman were Adenike Ajobo, Managing Director; Tolani Roberts, Deputy Managing Director, Business Investment and Development; Mr. Kunle Ifeanyi Konwea, Director of Brand and Communications; and Maureen Echefu, Chief Press Secretary.

Strengthening Housing and Engineering Collaboration

Overall, the visit reaffirmed Adron Homes’ dedication to professional engineering standards. It also signaled the beginning of a new phase of collaboration between the real estate leader and NSE Ibeju-Lekki. As a result, both parties pledged to drive housing innovation, foster professional excellence, and redefine infrastructure development in Nigeria.
