The Association of Corporate Affairs Managers of Banks (ACAMB) is hosting a special Aerobics Fitness Session on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Lagoon Front, Eko Atlantic City. The event welcomes bankers and marketing communication professionals from across Nigeria’s banking sector to take part in a morning dedicated to health, fitness, and team spirit.

Boosting Health and Building Team Bonds

Banking is a demanding industry, often filled with long hours and high stress. ACAMB understands these challenges and continues to promote wellness initiatives to help members manage stress and stay productive. The aerobics session will begin with gentle warm-ups and a short walk to get participants energized. Then, a lively dance aerobics routine will raise heart rates and improve mood.

Following this, participants will enjoy interactive fitness games that foster team bonding and encourage movement. To close the event, a friendly fitness challenge will motivate everyone to push themselves and enjoy healthy competition. The goal is to inspire positive lifestyle changes that improve both physical and mental wellbeing.

“Bankers form the backbone of our financial system,” said ACAMB President Rasheed Bolarinwa. “Their health is critical. This session shows our commitment to building a culture of wellness and preventive care. We believe a strong mind and body lead to lasting professional success.”

The event will start early, allowing participants to enjoy the fresh morning air and begin their weekend feeling refreshed and connected. It also provides an opportunity for colleagues to relax and strengthen relationships outside the office.

This aerobics session is part of ACAMB’s broader wellness programs designed to highlight the importance of employee health in Nigeria’s banking and corporate communications sectors.
