The Aare Apesinola of Ibadanland and Chairman/CEO of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing, KOF, has congratulated His Imperial Majesty, Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, FNSE, on his historic coronation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland. He described the event as a remarkable turning point in the history of the ancient city and a divine affirmation of its enduring legacy.

In his goodwill message, EmmanuelKing hailed the enthronement as “a sacred fulfillment of destiny and a powerful confirmation of Ibadan’s timeless heritage.” He explained that the Olubadan stool stands as a living symbol of authority, a custodian of cultural identity, and a reflection of the people’s resilience through centuries. According to him, the throne continues to embody the collective wisdom and indomitable spirit that define Ibadanland.

He further remarked that the coronation is not only a celebration of Oba Ladoja’s personal journey but also a testament to his decades of service, integrity, and selfless leadership. EmmanuelKing maintained that the new monarch emerges at a crucial moment when Ibadan and Yorubaland require a unifying force and a symbol of hope. Therefore, the Olubadan’s reign is expected to strengthen unity, inspire prosperity, and deepen cultural pride among the people.

Moreover, EmmanuelKing emphasized that the significance of this coronation extends beyond Ibadan. He stressed that the new reign marks a dawn of progress for Yorubaland and Nigeria at large. With the Olubadan on the throne, he expressed confidence that Ibadan will continue to flourish as a cultural hub, a political force, and an economic powerhouse within the nation.

He also pledged his personal loyalty and unwavering support to His Imperial Majesty. In his words, “Today, Ibadan has been blessed with a king, a father to all, a custodian of tradition, and a paragon of truth, justice, and peace. Your reign assures us of stability, wisdom, and collective growth.”

In addition, EmmanuelKing offered prayers for divine strength, sound health, and a long, peaceful reign for the monarch. He called on indigenes at home and abroad to rally behind their king in unity of purpose. He explained that collective loyalty to the throne will preserve Ibadan’s cultural heritage and ensure lasting progress.

Concluding his message, he declared: “Kabiyesi o! Long may you reign in peace, honor, and greatness. May your throne remain a fountain of wisdom and a pillar of unity for generations to come.”
