Music executive Don Jazzy has reflected on the 14th anniversary of Mavin Records, saying the label remains focused on building for the future.
In a message marking the milestone, Don Jazzy expressed appreciation to fans, partners and the wider music community for supporting the label’s vision, artists and contribution to the growth of Nigerian and African music culture.
“14 years later, and we are still building for our future. I am grateful to everyone who has supported the vision, the artists, the music, and the culture. So much more to come,” he said.
The music executive noted that the label’s journey has been sustained by consistent support for its creative output and cultural influence over the years.
He also hinted at upcoming projects, stating that the next phase of the label’s growth would further expand its impact within the music industry.
Since its launch in 2012, Mavin Records has grown into one of Africa’s leading music labels, nurturing artists who have helped shape the global rise of Afrobeats.
