Union Bank of Nigeria has successfully wrapped up the fourth season of its highly celebrated Save and Win Palli Promo, awarding ₦5 million each to three lucky customers at the grand finale event. The impactful campaign, which has been running since its launch, has distributed over ₦330 million in cash and gift prizes—benefiting more than 5,000 customers nationwide and significantly boosting financial inclusion.
The Season 4 grand finale, held at Union Bank’s Head Office, The Stallion Plaza in Marina, Lagos, celebrated the emergence of three grand prize winners through transparent, electronically conducted draws overseen by regulatory officials. The winners—Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Isah (Zaria Branch, North), Atilabor Seikemefa Friday (Sapele Branch, South-South), and Oluranti Ogunluyi (Ilaro Branch, South-West)—received their prizes in the presence of fellow winners, Union Bank executives, and members of the public.
Vivian Imoh-Ita, Head of Retail and SME Business, spoke on the life-changing impact of the initiative:
“For four consecutive years, the Save and Win Palli Promo has served as a financial empowerment tool, rewarding consistent savers and providing vital support to customers across the country. Our focus remains on enabling Nigerians to succeed and fulfill their aspirations through strategic financial solutions.”
Adding to the sentiment, Olufunmilola Aluko, Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, emphasized Union Bank’s broader vision:
“We’re proud of the widespread positive impact this initiative has created. Beyond financial rewards, we’ve witnessed a growing savings culture among our customers, which aligns perfectly with our mission to promote long-term financial responsibility and resilience.”
Season 4 of the promo, which began in December 2024 and concluded in May 2025, saw over 3,000 customers walk away with exciting cash and gift rewards—including motorcycles, tricycles, fuel vouchers, and substantial cash prizes—totaling over ₦131 million in giveaways.
To qualify, participants were required to maintain a minimum balance of ₦10,000 and perform at least five monthly transactions. Monthly draw winners received ₦100,000, while quarterly draws included high-value items like motorcycles and tricycles.
