Reality TV star and former Big Brother Naija winner, Phyna, has broken her silence following a viral video showing her involved in a physical altercation with an unidentified woman at a hotel in Abuja.

The incident, which reportedly began over a ₦200,000 dispute in Phyna’s hotel room, later escalated into a brawl in the hotel lobby. Eyewitnesses captured the confrontation on video, showing both women being restrained as onlookers and police officers tried to calm the situation.

Taking to her Instagram page on Wednesday evening, Phyna claimed she was attacked from behind while leaving the premises and that the circulating footage had been edited to distort the true sequence of events.

According to her, the woman involved in the fight has since been hospitalized and has not regained consciousness. Phyna urged her followers to pray for the lady’s recovery, insisting that social media reports had twisted the story to make it appear as though she was the one assaulted.

She wrote:

“Who I beat dey hospital, dem carry touts come fight and people to record. I was attacked from behind on my way out, dem even crop the video just to twist story say dem beat me. Make una rest! The girl wey I beat never even regain consciousness. Una dey mad! Pray for me make who I beat no die abeg.”
