During a courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, discussions centered on breaking barriers for women and ensuring that young people, especially girls, have access to the resources and platforms they need to thrive.
Zuriel Oduwole: A Trailblazer for Change
At just 22, Oduwole is the youngest Nigerian ever nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and the first to receive such recognition. Her global advocacy in education, gender equality, and youth inclusion has driven policy changes and engaged key decision-makers worldwide.
Recognizing her historic nomination, Governor Sanwo-Olu praised Oduwole’s work, calling it a significant milestone for Nigeria and Africa.
