EMEPAN hosts Top Editors at Maiden Masterclass Workshop for Youths
The Entertainment Media and Events Promoters Associations of Nigeria EMEPAN, hosted a free media Masterclass workshop for the youths to acquire skills on events reportage and management
The free workshop took place at the 2nd day of August 2022 at the CCX event center Victoria Island lagos.
Resource persons for the worshop cut across strata of the media industry. They include Chris kehinde Nwandu, the publisher of CKN News and founder Guild of Professional Bloggers Association of Nigeria.
Chris kehinde Nwandu is a man of many feats with vast experience in artist/ events management, advertising and he just recently added law to his plethora of CVs.
Another rescource person at the workshop is a seasoned entertainment writer turned group Political Editor of Thisday newspapers, Nseobong Okon Ekong.
Also, not forgetting the guru himself, the man with intimidating vocabularies, an actor, Public Relations expert and broadcaster extraordinaire, Justice the guru Atigogo. He’s the producer of 12to12, a lifestyle and society programme.
The last but not the least is the well travelled/ award winning hospitality/ lifestyle writer and reporter and presently the Editor, Guardian Newspaper on Saturday, Chucks Nwanne.
With such an intimidating list of personalities gracing the event, it is no wonder the lucky young participants stayed glued as they were being mesmerized with deep motivating and educative information on events reportage and management.
It was an experience of a lifetime as youths yearned for more when industry egg heads thrilled them with raw and exclusive career/ life experiences as nothing was held back from the enthusiastic young aspiring industry practioneers.
For the organisers, the Entertainment Media and Events Promoters Associations of Nigeria EMEPAN, it was a rare opportunity and privilege to have such avalanche of stars on the same podium.
“We really appreciate the support of the facilitators; that was purely charitable. We promise not to take it for granted by ensuring that the vision is driven to it’s rightful destination,” The Director of Communications, Amaobi madu asserted.
