Naira Redesign: It’s either they dash out to the poor or huge sums of money in their rooms becomes useless- Nadabo
Vondigest reports that an Economics lecturer at Federal University Gusau, Dr. Ibrahim Shehu Nadabo, has stressed the urgent and immediate need to redesign the Naira as proposed by the Central Bank of Nigeria
He explained that many people have corruptly enriched themselves and stacked money in their private rooms to avoid been questioned by Anti-graft agencies.
“So, if there is immediate redesigning of currency, it’s either they begin to dash the poor, buy foreign currency or the huge sum kept in their bedrooms become useless,” Nadabo said.
