“I’m suffering for something I don’t know, I didn’t kill my wife”- Osinachi’s Husband
The death of Osinachi, a popular gospel musician, went viral because of the domestic violence story surrounding her death, which led to the arrest of her husband, who was accused of maltreating her in their marriage when she was alive, Vondigest reports.
Her husband, Mr. Peter Nwachukwu, has pleaded not guilty to the allegations against him. According to him, his late wife, Mrs. Osinachi Nwachukwu was suffering from an internal sickness that led to her sudden death. In his words, she died of lung cancer.
Peter Nwachukwu revealed this during his court hearing on Friday, where he was arraigned before a judge in Abuja. While he was being moved, he made some statements where he said that it was cancer that killed his wife, and that he had suffered a lot after he was accused of hitting his wife.
In his words, “Cancer of the lungs killed my wife, so I’m suffering for something I don’t know.”
