It was gathered that the former Supreme Court judge died at the age of 94 on Saturday morning, December 4.
This online platform understands that the late former Supreme Court judge was the father of billionaire businessman and lawyer, Wale Babalakin, who was called to the London Bar in the late 1950s.
Prayers will be held for him today at his hometown of Gbongan in Osun State.
