EdoDecides2020 : Ize-Iyamu’s Wife, Idia Losses Polling Unit
The wife of the All Progressive Congress in the ongoing Edo state governorship election Professor Mrs. Idia Ize-Iyamu failed to deliver her polling unit for her husband.
Prof. Ize-Iyamu voted at the Staff Training School Ward 2 PU 2 G.R.A Benin City.
A total of 154 persons were accredited to vote.
At the end of the election, the Independent National Electoral Commission ad hoc staff who conducted the election counted the votes and the results were as follows:
Oredo ward 2 PU 2
154 accredited voters
Void votes: 3
APC: 40
PDP: 109
Interestingly, she shared the same unit with the current Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in the state, Professor Yinka Omoregie.
