Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Prof Akin Abayomi, has announced that the state has four new cases of Coronavirus.
Abayomi revealed this on Thursday during a press conference.
It will be recalled that on Wednesday, 18th March 19, 2020, coming in from the office of the Federal Ministry of Health, five new cases of Coronavirus were detected in Nigeria, bringing total number of confirmed cases to eight.
Three arrived from the USA, two of them Nigerians, a mother and her 6-week old baby, while the other two arrived from the UK and they are both Nigerians.
Adding the four news cases discovered today, that makes it a total of 12 news cases!
