Vondigest reports that a video has been circulating online showing where unknown gunmen were shooting innocent people getting their PVC at a collection booth in Imo State.
In the sad video, some of the victims were seen being shot by the unknown gunmen who said they do not want any election in the south east.
The video showed the unknown gunmen shooting and beating people in Ihhite Uboma in Imo State who came out to collect their permanent voters card, PVC.
In the sad video, some of the victims were seen being shot by the unknown gunmen who were warning them not to get any PVC because there won’t be election in Imo State.
