Founded in 2010 as fruitivegies Limited, So Fresh has become the prime destination for people to make clean, safe delicious and healthy food choices.

In a Press Conference which took place on the 6th of November, 2020 at their Ogudu outlet, the Managing Director/CEO of So Fresh, Goke Balogun, recounted their success journey, “We opened our first store exactly on a day like this on 6th November 2010, that is 10 years ago. Today, we have 10 stores opened both here in Lagos and Abuja. Over the last decade, So Fresh continues to be at the forefront of the healthy lifestyle and wellness revolution in Nigeria by promoting healthier eating alternatives and habits. Today, we have over 200 suppliers of hygienic farm produce and over 120 staff. We have seen over 200, 000 customers pass through our various outlets with over 600, 000 meals just last year. What is unique about So Fresh is our brand which is shaped with the mindset of caring and serving people both staff and customers alike” He said.
The Co-founder and COO, Abimbola Balogun also noted that “So Fresh’s growth continues to be predicated on its focused drive, consistency in maintaining its high standards of Food Safety and Quality Products while obsessed about connecting with customers and delivering excellent service always. We are so happy to have in our midst our day one customer, Mr. Tunde Dixon, who has been with us from the first store we opened till today. Also we are glad to have Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, a health and wellness advocate with us. She has also been with us for the past 7 years as customer and partner. Today we are proud to be the pioneer of healthy food chain and have also inspired other people to join us in this journey of healthy living”.
According to the power couple, So Fresh is committed to adding value to the individual and to the nation at large. Over the next 7 years, So Fresh aims to invest over $10 million in the West African Region as it drives her expansion plans to surpass 100 stores, while keeping the focus to building a healthy nation, create jobs and expand learning and capacity in the Food Retail Space.
