EndSARS Protest Is Legitimate, Buhari Regime Is Worst!- Oyedepo Explodes
The presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo has broken his silence over the Endsars Protest that has erupted across the nation.
He said he has moral justification for keeping quite all these while the protest has been going on because he warned this nation in 2015 about the impending danger of allowing Mohammed Buhari to become the president but it all fell on deaf ears.
In his words: “I am not an opinion leader, I’m a prophet called by God to rescue this generation from decadence. I spoke out in 2015 about the danger of voting this present regime into power but I was castigated and called all sorts of names. So I’ve moral justification for keeping quiet about the ongoing Protests. All the same, I pray for God’s mercy over this nation especially for our youths because this protest is legitimate. What they are demanding is legitimate and justified.
When the wicked rule, the people groan but we will cry for mercy from God over this nation and the protection of our youth as they go demanding for their right.”
The Bishop then led the congregation through fervent prayers for the nation.
Currently, there’s heavy Endsars protesters that have blocked the OTA road that leads to Faith Tabernacle, aka Winners Chapel, this morning.
This has prevented church worshippers coming from different parts of Lagos and its environs from reaching the Winners church premises.
Bishop Oyedepo therefore instructed that all the provisional church centres in Lagos be opened for those unable to get to OTA because the protesters that blocked the road leading to the church.
