Cristiano Ronaldo officially signs four-year deal with Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr for $75million
Vondigest reports that Portugal forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has officially signed a four-year deal with Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.
The 27-year-old became a free agent after his contract at Manchester United was terminated by mutual consent. Despite initial rumors that the former United star is in search of a UEFA Champions League club, the five-time Ballon dór winner will now finish off his career in the Middle East.
Ronaldo is reportedly set to earn a whopping $75 million per year at his new club. This will make him one of the highest earning footballers in the world at the moment. The naira equivalent of the reported amount is a testament of how massive the deal is worth. When converted to naira, 75 million dollars gives an equivalent of over 33 billion naira per year.
Al Nassr are one of the richest, biggest and most successful clubs in Saudi Arabia. They have won the Saudi Professional League title nine times.
